As the visionary behind Step & Leap and a co-founder of Revelares, Jon empowers executives approaching retirement to reimagine this phase as a meaningful, purpose-filled journey. Drawing on his own experiences with transformative travel—including life-shaping journeys such as walking the Camino de Santiago and cycling across the USA—Jon champions the power of stepping outside the familiar to gain new perspectives. He believes that travel has a unique capacity to reveal untapped aspects of self, challenge comfort zones, and deepen clarity on one's identity and purpose.
KJ Payette
As a former Chief People Officer, KJ is passionate about helping people navigate change and transition with authenticity, resilience, and courage; to find their true north and lead their best life. KJ is a trusted confidant and facilitator dedicated to inspiring meaningful, lasting change for individuals and teams alike.
